Upon Chef Jason Stratton’s sudden departure from his signature Seattle Italian restaurants, two new chefs took over. At Spinasse and Artusi on Capitol Hill, Chef Stuart Lane is now at the helm, churning out some of the city’s most beloved handmade pastas. Meanwhile. the short-lived Aragona turned Vespolina restaurant in downtown Seattle is being led by Chef Katie Gallego.
