Vespolina, formerly Aragona, specializes in Italian food in downtown Seattle. Originally under the direction of Chef Jason Stratton, the kitchen is now run by Katie Gallego. This photo shoot, a continuation of last year’s food shoot, was performed to showcase some of Chef Katie’s signature dishes and the restaurant’s seasonal cocktails for spring 2015. Highlights include squid ink spaghetti, seared Alaskan halibut, and butter poached pea vines, to name a few. Check out photos below!
