Some of the best meats you’ll find in Seattle grocery stores come from Fletcher’s. This Washington-based company specializes in a wide variety of meats including sausages, hot dogs, hams, and bacon. This summer, I did a few photo shoots with Fletcher’s products. One was a standard product shoot on a white backdrop. The other two were styled food shoots with Fletcher’s products: cheese dip with bacon, a fresh take on a hot dog (the Sonoran hot dog), and a seafood jambalaya.
