The Harvest Vine, a Basque restaurant in Seattle, is known not only for Carolin Messier’s delicious tapas, but also an extensive collection of Spanish wines. Enter general manager Jeff Watanabe, who has an encyclopedic knowledge of the 300+ Spanish wines that may be on hand any night at The Harvest Vine.
