Restauranteur Laura Olson of Pterodactyl Group opened her fourth Seattle establishment in early January, the Manhattan Drugs steakhouse. In this dimly lit restaurant, visitors will find not only hearty cuts of prime rib, rib eye and other fine meats, but also an intimate, homey ambiance as well. Considering Manhattan Drugs rests on the former site of Izilla Toys, it’s safe to say this place is no longer just for kids. Stop by for a drink or a bite, and be sure to check out the restaurant’s icon ram head with golden gun horns plastered on the wall.

Manhattan Drugs, 1419 12th Ave., 206-325-6574. Open 5 p.m.–2 a.m. daily.
