It was that time of year again! Time for the annual Emerald City Comicon to take place at the Washington State Convention Center. Hundreds (maybe even thousands) flocked to downtown Seattle to visit vendors, interact with their favorite comic book artists and publishers, attend celebrity panels, and have their photos taken with the handfuls of costumed characters running around. From superheroes like Batman and Quail Man, to aliens and predators, they could all be found both in 2D and 3D at Comicon. In terms of celebrities, the highlights for this year’s convention were John Noble, William Shatner, and a few actors from Buffy the Vampire Slayer (James Marsters, Nicholas Brendon, and Clare Kramer).
