As the Amazon Spheres continue to develop, so too do the amount of food and drink options surrounding the retail giant's downtown campus. Among the newest developments is 2120 Restaurant. Its sleek, urban space is complementary to the nearby Spheres that are visible from the restaurant. Food-wise, the menu is Latin-inspired and changes seasonally. Bok a Bok Chicken is a "fast food" service joint in Seattle's White Center neighborhood, serving up delicious Korean fried chicken. At the helm is Chef Brian O'Connor and the menu dishes up a modern, Asian-inspired menu including rice bowls, fried chicken sandwich, housemade biscuits, kimchi mac and cheese, and sweet potato tater tots.
