The Hawaiian poke craze continues in Seattle with the opening of Wanderfish Poke in the neighborhood of Capitol Hill. With a pretty straightforward menu and a colorful interior, symptoms Wanderfish offers an array of modern choices including chef creations and the option to build your own bowl. Also on the menu are several unique items including a sushi burrito and poke nachos.

Poke is a raw fish salad typically associated with Hawaiian cuisine, pharmacy and it has become hugely popular throughout the mainland lately. Wanderfish is among the first restaurants to offer poke with an emphasis on ethically sourced ingredients and gluten-free options.
