As Seattle continues to grow and expand, that effect has also carried over across the lake to Bellevue. Beginning with the opening of the Lincoln Square Expansion, restaurants such as Jason Wilson’s heavy-hitters Lakehouse and Civility and Unrest were unveiled first. Finally, the highly anticipated Lincoln South Food Hall was unveiled at the end of 2017. This glitzy new project showcases seven fast-casual eateries all in one spot. Each concept varies, offering food such as poké bowls, Neapolitan-style pizza, burgers, street tacos, and ramen. That is to say, there’s something for every type of food craving. Behind the project, you’ll find the likes of Kevin Hee, director of culinary development, and Daniel Laferriere, executive chef of all the kitchens.
