Redhook Brewery recently opened a new pub and cafe concept Redhook Brewlab in a brand new space on Capitol Hill. The rather fancy space features the building’s original brick and timber and even has two outdoor patios. Two bars are in the space, each with 16 taps each. On tap is a rotating list of seasonal ales. All brews are made in small batches. Samples of beers that could be available include tangerine IPA, raspberry saison and more.
