This summer, Metallica rocked CenturyLink Field with their first performance in Seattle in nine years. The thrash-metal band was touring in support of their new album, “Hardwired…to Self Destruct.” Openers Gojira and Avenged Sevenfold got the audience pumped up. By the time James Hetfield and the rest of Metallica took the stage, the crowd was already going crazy. The setlist, as seen below, included a bunch of hits mixed with some new songs.
