President Barack Obama arrived in Seattle at Sea-Tac Airport on June 24, 2016 to attend a fundraiser for Washington Governor Jay Inslee. Air Force One arrived in all of its glory in the afternoon, and President Obama was greeted by Seattle Mayor Ed Murray and King County Executive Dow Constantine. Also part of the large welcoming committee included local singer Brandi Carlile and her family. President Obama attended a large fundraising event at Washington State Convention Center as well as a private event; he spent the night in the state and then returned to Washington D.C. early the next morning.
