Yardhouse Apartments are brand new one-bedroom and studio spaces in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. Boasting high-end fixtures and finishes including bamboo floors and quartz countertops, Yardhouse is also highly unique for its private interior courtyard. I worked with the developers of the property to take night time shots of the interior and exterior, focused on also capturing people lingering within the apartment’s spaces during Yardhouse’s community open house event. Heavy rain throughout the night made for challenging conditions, but overall the results turned out pretty well. Check out images from the shoot below.
