The highly anticipated new bar Radiator Whiskey made its grand debut on April 17. Situated in Pike Place Market across from sibling restaurant Matt’s in the Market, the whiskey bar and eatery features lots of liquors and smoked pork of just about any part of the pig you could want (lips? ears? brain?). Great for happy hour, late night get-togethers, or adventurous dining.
