Seattle’s newest bar in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Rumba, opened in late September to the delight of many local foodies. Rumba is the latest food and rum-centered joint opened by Travis Rosenthal, owner of the nearby Spanish tapas restaurant Tango. The decor at Rumba is largely Caribbean-inspired, as is the food (delicious ceviche and empanadas, anyone?) and large selection of rum-based drinks. Rumba sits at 1112 Pike Street and is open 7 days a week starting at 5pm.
