Heartwood Provisions is a posh restaurant in downtown Seattle serving New American dishes. The barely year old establishment has been making a name for itself thanks to a stellar menu with an emphasis on modern culinary dishes paired with unique cocktails. I’ve been honored to do food photography at Heartwood Provisions while it was in various states of development, including a sneak peek photo shoot of menu items as they were still in development in Spring 2015. Since the restaurant focuses on using as much local, organic produce as possible, their menu changes seasonally. Below are some snapshots taken of new menu items and beverage pairings for the Fall 2016 season.
