In early July 2015, Ericka Burke’s latest restaurant project Chop Shop opened its doors in the center of Seattle’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. Burke is best known for her charming Volunteer Park Cafe eatery, as well as the newly opened Canal Market.
