Photos inside of the brand new Belle + Whete, a European gastropub restaurant in the Seattle neighborhood of Belltown. Owned by Marcus Charles, who also owns nearby Local 360, Mama’s Cantina, and The Crocodile, Bell + Whete has a gorgeous interior with touches inspired by Middle Ages decor. Plush seating is located in the main dining area, which also features a retractable wall of windows that opens up during warmer months, and there is ample bar and outside patio seating. The bar has 66 taps, as well as bottled beers, wines, whiskeys, and gins, as well as a comprehensive cocktail menu, all documented in Bell + Whete’s illustrious Codex. In terms of food, Bell + Whete offers dinner, dessert, happy hour, and brunch. On all menus, there is an emphasis on shareable dishes.
Bell + Whete (pronounced (“wheat”) is located at 200 Bell Street in the heart of Belltown.
