Anyone out there excited for the Game of Thrones season 3 premiere later this month? HBO has been doing select season 3 premiere stops in cities such as San Francisco, and most recently Seattle, bringing with them a few members of the Game of Thrones cast. On Thursday, March 21, HBO brought their crew to Seattle’s Cinerama theater, where fans and media gathered for the red carpet arrivals of stars including Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, John Bradley, Rose Leslie, Natalie Dormer, and Kit Harington. The COO of HBO, Eric Kesler, and the creators of Game of Thrones, D.B. Weiss and David Benioff, also made appearances. Also on hand were some of the Seattle Sounders soccer players including Marcus Hahnemann, Marc Burch, Zach Scott, and Andrew Duran. Following the special screening, an elaborate after-party full of decorations, food, and a mock Iron Throne was held at the EMP Museum near the Space Needle.
