Chef Renee Erickson has opened a third location of her popular General Porpoise doughnut cafes. This one is located in Pioneer Square and it offers the same pillowy soft doughnuts that its Capitol Hill cafe has long been slinging. Among the hottest food trends to hit Seattle and Bellevue is that of macarons and champagne. Lady Yum specializes in both, offering the treats in a comfortable yet fancy environment in Bellevue. Recently, Lady Yum expanded west to Seattle. It's located at the base of one of Amazon's newest corporate offices, near 2120 Restaurant. The brand new Lady Yum corner space is a bit small.

As the Amazon Spheres continue to develop, so too do the amount of food and drink options surrounding the retail giant's downtown campus. Among the newest developments is 2120 Restaurant. Its sleek, urban space is complementary to the nearby Spheres that are visible from the restaurant. Food-wise, the menu is Latin-inspired and changes seasonally.
