Named after a wine-producing area in Bordeaux, France, Pomerol restaurant Seattle is a French-inspired restaurant in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Its owners are husband and wife team Vuong and Tricia Luc. Vuong was trained at the Culinary Institute of America and specializes in the French technique. Vespolina, formerly Aragona, specializes in Italian food in downtown Seattle. Originally under the direction of Chef Jason Stratton, the kitchen is now run by Katie Gallego.
