Acclaimed Seattle glass artist Dale Chihuly opened his second local establishment, the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit, at the Seattle Center near the Space Needle in May. The museum highlights some of Chihuly's most exquisite glass work and drawings, with more of his eccentric collections on display in the adjoining Collections Cafe. Actor/producer Adrian Grenier of Entourage fame visited Seattle in April to debut Churchkey Can Co, a local company making pilsner style beer, of which he is a partial owner. The festivities took place at King's Hardware in Ballard, where the likes of local photographer Chase Jarvis and many other local celebs showed up to toast the effort.
