In Seattle, there’s no shortage of pizza places of which Brandon Petit is no stranger. He’s made a hit out Delancey and his latest pizza venture on Capitol Hill is also a wild success. Dubbed Dino’s Tomato Pie, this throwback pizzeria specializes in New Jersey Style pizza pies. Their staple is the square pie with a signature thin, crispy crust.
