This summer, prevalent Washington winemaker Charles Smith opened his first Seattle-based winery and tasting room. Dubbed Charles Smith Wine Jet City, the large winery and tasting room are located in the Georgetown neighborhood, with impressive rooftop views of Boeing Field.
