War at Jazz Alley

They may have been in the spotlight 30+ years ago, pills but the jazz/funk cats of the 60s/70s band War prove that they can still play their hits.  War played for 4 nights in a row at Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley, nurse to the delight of a crowd that could sing along with most of their hits, prostate including “The Cisco Kid” and “Lowrider.”  It was a fun, funky event enjoyed by all.  See the full, published post on Seattlest, and more photos up on Flickr.
